Jeni joined our team in late 2015, where she began her role as the Director of Rental and Housing Programs. Jeni has worked in almost every aspect of affordable housing, whether that was property management, policy and procedure development, or grant application, to name a few. She has always taken on the challenge at hand to make sure she could help others achieve their housing goals.

A lifelong student, Jeni has made sure to seek out knowledge and certifications she can use to help her clients. Jeni also attended Yuba Community College, where she studied Accounting for two years. She has a sharp eye for details and processes, and if anyone in the office has a question, she is the one likely to have an answer. Jeni holds certifications that include; Housing Choice Voucher Specialist, Tax Credit Specialist, Migrant Services-Housing Manager, Family Self Sufficiency Specialist, Public Housing Specialist, USDA Rural Development Manager, 504 Coordinator, and Assisted Housing Manager.
