Charles Schwab Bank Receives NRHA "MVP - Affordable Housing Champion" Award
Charles Schwab Bank received the “Most Valuable Partner – Affordable Housing Champion” award by the Nevada Rural Housing Authority (NRHA) at their December 3, 2010 Board meeting. “Charles Schwab Bank is being recognized, not only because of their invaluable contributions to NRHA, but to the State of Nevada” said D Gary Longaker, Executive Director of NRHA.
“We are honored to receive this award,” noted Nancy Brown, Senior Manager of Community Development. “We consider NRHA one of our most valuable partners in the creation of affordable housing opportunities for rural Nevada individuals and families. We look forward to our continued partnership with the recent award announcement of a $600,000 Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco AHP Grant for the development of Winnemucca Senior project sponsored by Charles Schwab Bank.”
