Nevada Rural Housing Authority’s Home At Last team will join Nevada USDA Rural Development on June 5th from 10:00am to 2:00pm at Valley Electric to celebrate USDA’s return to Pahrump! USDA Rural Development Guaranteed Loan provides 100% financing, and paired with Home At Last’s 2% Down Payment Assistance results in NO MONEY DOWN to purchase a home.
