Beth Dunning

With over 26 years of extensive experience in real estate, project development and administration, Beth Dunning brings an abundance of knowledge to the Community Development Team. Over her career, Beth has successfully planned, designed and developed real estate projects while balancing training, learning and development of her staff. 

Beth’s qualifications include two bachelor degrees from the University of Nevada, Reno; a Paralegal BA and a Civil Engineering BS. In addition, she holds a real estate license from the Pioneer School of Real Estate and a Web Design Degree from the Internet University of America.

As the Director of Community Development, Beth leads the team by building successful business relationships. All Community Development work involves detailed project management which includes budget planning and control, real estate acquisition and disposition efforts. Beth and her team administer new construction projects, rehabilitation project initiatives, real estate owned management and support, rural community outreach, facilitation of affordable housing demand and production initiatives in rural areas, and ensuring program and funding compliance.
