Katie Coleman

Katie is an accomplished and dynamic marketing and communications leader who loves driving results for brands through data-fueled strategies and innovative approaches. She’s been successful in developing and managing engaged teams through clear vision and strategic direction while fostering a culture of learning, creativity and fun.

Prior to joining the NRHA team, Katie led the Accounts Team at KPS3, a full-service marketing firm in Reno. During her tenure there, she was responsible for strategy, planning and execution for a variety of key accounts, along with leading, growing and mentoring a team of account managers. Prior to KPS3, she managed a variety of communications programs at International Game Technology (IGT), including executive communications, public relations and product marketing.

A graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno, Katie has her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the Reynolds School of Journalism. She is a fifth-generation Nevadan, and lives in Reno with her husband and son. When she’s not busy promoting affordable housing opportunities on behalf of NRHA, you can catch her planning a Disneyland vacation, enjoying a Disneyland vacation, or reminiscing about a Disneyland vacation. (Did we mention her family loves Mickey?!)
