Pioche Apartments – Announcement Re: Wait List

Nevada Rural Housing (NRH) will open the Project-Based Voucher (PBV) wait list for Pioche Apartments on Monday, November 4, 2024, at 9:00 AM, and the wait list will remain open until further notice. Pioche Apartments is a new affordable housing development located on Hollywood Way in central Pioche, Lincoln County, Nevada. This development offers one- and two-bedroom units designed to serve small families, seniors, and persons with disabilities. To qualify for housing, applicants must meet income eligibility requirements established by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

Applications for the wait list will be accepted online only at www.nvruralportal.com during the open period. Those without an existing NV Rural Portal account will be required to create an account, log in and then submit.
