Nevada Rural Housing (NRH) has extended the Project-Based Voucher (PBV) Wait List for Crestmore Village Apartments and it will now close on Friday, February 20, 2026, at 5:00 PM.

Crestmore Village Apartments is an affordable rental community located in Gardnerville, Douglas County, Nevada, offering two- and three-bedroom units for families, seniors, and individuals with disabilities. Project-Based Voucher assistance provides long-term rental support tied to designated units at the property.

To qualify for housing, applicants must meet income eligibility requirements established by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and all other eligibility criteria.
