Crestmore Village Apartments Project Based Voucher Wait List Extended to April 17, 2026

Nevada Rural Housing (NRH) will re-open the Project-Based Voucher (PBV) Wait List for Crestmore Village Apartments on Thursday, March 19, 2026, at 9:00 AM, and it will close on Friday, April 17, 2026, at 5:00 PM.
Crestmore Village Apartments is an affordable rental community located in Gardnerville, Douglas County, Nevada, offering two- and three-bedroom units for families, seniors, and individuals with disabilities. Project-Based Voucher assistance provides long-term rental support tied to designated units at the property.
In accordance with HUD regulations and NRH Administrative Plan policies, applicants who are currently residing at Crestmore Village Apartments may qualify for an in-place preference. Eligible in-place families will receive priority for available PBV units.
To qualify for housing, applicants must meet income eligibility requirements established by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and all other eligibility criteria.
