Larios Arms II Project-Based Voucher (PBV) Wait List Opening

Nevada Rural Housing (NRH) will reopen the Larios Arms II Project-Based Voucher (PBV) Wait List on March 3, 2025, at 9:00 AM and will close on March 28, 2025, at 5:00 PM. Larios Arms II is an affordable housing community for seniors aged 55 and older, located in Winnemucca, (Humboldt County) Nevada. This community offers one-bedroom apartments. To qualify, applicants must be 55 years or older and applicants must meet income limits established by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
