Photo/Video Release Form

I hereby grant Nevada Rural Housing Authority (DBA Nevada Rural Housing or NRH) and its representatives, employees, affiliates, agents and assigns (hereinafter “NRHA”) an unrestricted right to use and publish photographs, video recordings, or audio recordings of me (or in which I may be included), unless and until revoked by me, in whole or in part, for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to:

• Print materials (brochures, flyers, reports, signage, etc.)
• Digital communications (email campaigns, presentations, etc.)
• Online platforms (websites, social media channels, blogs, etc.)
• Advertising and promotional materials
• Media and public relations outreach

This release applies to all forms of media now known or later developed.

I understand that these materials may be used without further notification, permission, or compensation to me. I also acknowledge that NRHA will own all rights to the content created and distributed.

I waive and release NRHA from any claim or liability that may arise from the use of such materials, including, but not limited to claims for libel, invasion of privacy, or violation of any right of publicity or moral rights.

I acknowledge that my participation is voluntary, and I may request in writing to revoke this authorization at any time for future use.
