Mountain View Project Based Voucher Wait List Publication:

Nevada Rural Housing (NRH) will reopen the Mountain View Village Project-Based Voucher (PBV) Wait List on Monday, December 29, 2025, at 9:00 AM, and it will close on Friday, January 30, 2026, at 5:00 PM.

Mountain View Village is located in Winnemucca, Nevada, and offers 3- and 4-bedroom apartments. At this time, the wait list is only open for households whose size meets the occupancy standards for the available 3- or 4-bedroom units.

Occupancy Policy:

  • The Head of Household and a Co-Head or Spouse share one bedroom.
  • All other household members are assigned at two persons per bedroom.
  • Household size must align with these standards for placement on this wait list.

Mountain View Village welcomes families, elderly individuals, and persons with disabilities who meet program eligibility requirements. To qualify for housing, applicants must meet income limits established by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and all other eligibility criteria. Crestmore Village Apartments Project Based Voucher Wait List:

Nevada Rural Housing (NRH) will open the Project-Based Voucher (PBV) Wait List for Crestmore Village Apartments on Monday, December 29, 2025, at 9:00 AM, and it will close on Friday, January 30, 2026, at 5:00 PM.

Crestmore Village Apartments is an affordable rental community located in Gardnerville, Douglas County, Nevada, offering two- and three-bedroom units for families, seniors, and individuals with disabilities. Project-Based Voucher assistance provides long-term rental support tied to designated units at the property.

To qualify for housing, applicants must meet income eligibility requirements established by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and all other eligibility criteria.
