Nevada Rural Housing (NHR) will reopen the Richards Crossing Project Based Voucher Wait List on February 27, 2024 at 9am and will close February 29, 2024. Richards Crossing is a permanent supportive housing program for the homeless located in Carson City, Nevada. To qualify, applicants must be homeless at the time of application and must meet income requirements set by the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Applications for NRH’s wait list will be accepted online at www.nvrural.org. For questions regarding the application process, please call (775) 887-1795.
