Richards Crossing Project Based Voucher (PBV) Wait List

Nevada Rural Housing (NRH) will reopen the Richards Crossing Project Based Voucher (PBV) Wait List on March 3, 2025, at 9:00 am and will close March 28, 2025, at 5:00 pm. Richards Crossing is a permanent supportive housing program for individuals experiencing homelessness, located in Carson City, Nevada. This program offers one-bedroom units. To qualify, applicants must be homeless at the time of application and must meet income limits established by the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
