Angela Madera

Angela Maderna serves as the HR Generalist at NRH, where she holds the responsibility for the effective implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs aligned with the organization’s overarching goals and objectives. Her dedication lies in enhancing the overall employee experience, with a focus on bolstering job satisfaction and retention rates.

Prior to joining NRH, Angela held the role of Executive Administrative Assistant at Blue Bird Property LLC. Her previous experience also includes serving as a Bilingual HR Generalist at Bently Enterprises for a period of two years.

When Angela was 5 she wanted to be a firefighter when she grew up, inspired by her father’s role as the volunteer Fire Chief of Smith Valley. Although her career path veered in a different direction, her commitment to aiding others remains steadfast.

Angela finds solace in rural Nevada, where the warmth of community and the ever-changing beauty of each season define the meaning of home.
