Giovana Furrow

Giovana Furrow serves as the Receptionist at NRH, where she welcomes clients and visitors while providing administrative support to both staff and community members. In addition to her reception duties, she assists case workers in helping connect individuals and families with the resources and services they need.
Prior to joining NRH, Giovana worked as a Business Support Specialist at Kassity Management Group, where she developed strong organizational and customer service skills that continue to support her work today.
When Giovana was 5 years old, she dreamed of becoming a dentist. While her career path ultimately led her in a different direction, she remains passionate about helping others and creating positive experiences for those she serves.
