Home isn’t a place. To Jay, it’s a feeling. An emotion. It can be a house or where you work. A place to hang out or even a camping spot. Somewhere you feel something important or significant – and that’s something NRH can help give others and what Jay likes about his job. In his role, he conducts pre-development site reviews, creates preliminary plan developments and scopes of work, and produces preliminary cost estimates. In his “past life” (pre-NRH), he was a housing inspector. His feeling of home looks like a Gothic Revival-style home with a bow window under an eyebrow roof that he built himself at lake Tahoe.
