Rachel Osborn

Like John Steinbeck said, “Try to understand men, if you understand each other you will be kind to each other. Knowing a man well never leads to hate and nearly always leads to love.” Rachel believes the key to a better world is understanding each other – it creates empathy and compassion, supportiveness and cooperation. It’s no wonder Rachel was drawn to the NRH mission and her role! Specifically, she works on continued eligibility for existing housing choice voucher recipients, as well as coordinating emergency funds for those facing eviction, security deposits for new tenants, and various programs designed to providing the safety and security of a home. She says she loves a fast paced environment with diverse responsibilities – we’re glad you’re here, Rachel!
