Simone’s versatility and expertise is utilized in her occupancy specialist role as she helps with subsidizing clients’ housing through the various programs the Rental Assistance Department administers. Customer service is her background, and that’s made evident as she masterfully tackles customer/client challenges with thoughtful solutions, day in and out. If Simone were a pasta shape, she thinks she’d be macaroni. Why? Because it’s a staple of any good pantry, great in a pinch, and versatile enough to work with just about any recipe.
