Pioche Apartments is a new affordable rental development located on Hollywood Way in Pioche, Lincoln County, Nevada. The property offers one- and two-bedroom units designed to serve small families, seniors, and people with disabilities.
Nevada Rural Housing (NRH) will reopen the Pioche Apartments Project-Based Voucher (PBV) Wait List on Monday, October 6, 2025, at 9:00 AM, and it will close on Friday, October 31, 2025, at 5:00 PM.
To qualify for housing, applicants must meet income eligibility requirements established by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and all other eligibility criteria.
