Real Estate Acquisition & Operations
We manage home.
Building enough housing for our communities is one thing. The successful maintenance, management and search for future development opportunities are another.
The good news: we’re always up for a worthy pursuit.
We support rural communities’ housing needs through new construction and the acquisition and rehabilitation of existing complexes – but we don’t build it and bounce.
- Our commitment is for the long haul, to successfully maintain and oversee management of our properties.
- Our goal is to preserve rental affordability for all income limits throughout the areas we serve.
- Our promise is to be accountable to the people we serve, the communities we partner with and the mission that guides us.
We also continuously seek opportunities to acquire existing properties that may be purchased at a fair price and, if needed, renovate or rehabilitate them to re-infuse into our communities.
